Wholesale Agreement:
By placing an order on these websites, (or by phone, mail or email) http://www.garudawholesale.com and http://shop.OrganicEarrings.com you agree to the following terms:
1. You agree to be happy and enjoy your relationship with GARUDA Organic Earrings!
2. You and your retail entity agree not undercut our published prices, as found on our retail website, http://www.shop.OrganicEarrings.com, however you may sell them for as much as you see fit so long as it is equal to or greater than our published prices.
3. You and your retail entity agree to sell our product with the branded card we provide with the product included.
4. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your entire order for a full refund minus the cost of shipping within one week of the date of delivery. Any product faulty in materials or workmanship may be returned to us by your retail store for exchange or credit.
5. We are not liable for any damages that may occur due to the use or misuse of our products. THE EARRINGS AND BODY JEWELRY ARE NOT FOR USE IN FRESH PIERCINGS! Only use organic jewelry in piercings that are well healed!!!!
6. You or any of your affiliates may not replicate any of our original designs. The designs and products are subject to copyright law.
7. You MAY NOT sell our jewelry at any event that we participate in regardless of your positioning. Inquire first to OK your line-up with us!
8. The minimum order of $200 is standard on all orders. If you return items to us within the time specified, they may be exchanged for other items or you may receive a credit. All payment is due in full at the time the order is placed unless you have made other arrangements with us in advance.
9. We are willing to work on terms if your company has the proper credit history and references, but you must supply us with a credit card number we may charge on the payment due date as outlines in the contract we will send you.
10. Enjoy looking great in our designs, and sharing them!
