GARUDA OrganicEarrings.com Wholesale Agreement

 By placing an order with GARUDA Organic Earrings on our websites, http://www.garudawholesale.com and http://shop.OrganicEarrings.com, or in person, by phone, mail or email or any other means, you agree to the following terms:

1. You agree to be happy and enjoy your relationship with GARUDA Organic Earrings! Should it happen that you have any of our goods that have not sold within 3 to 6 months, you are welcome to exchange them for goods of equal value.
Contact us by email with the list of what you want to exchange and we can either issue you an online voucher for the value when we receive them, or send us a list of what you would like to exchange for, with a couple of second choices in case we are out of your original choices.
2. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your entire order for a full refund minus the cost of shipping within one week of the date of delivery. Any damaged product or any item faulty in materials or craftsmanship may be returned to us by your retail store or customer for exchange or credit.
3. You and your retail entity agree to sell our product with the branded card we provide with the product included, and not under any other brand name. Our designs are original and subject to copyright law.
4. You and your retail entity agree not undercut our published prices, as found on our retail website, http://www.shop.OrganicEarrings.com, however you may sell them for as much as you see fit so long as it is equal to or greater than our published prices. We send them already priced, but you are welcome to put a new label over our price.
5. We are not liable for any damages that may occur due to the use or misuse of our products. THE EARRINGS AND BODY JEWELRY ARE NOT FOR USE IN FRESH PIERCINGS! Only use organic jewelry in piercings that are well healed.
6. You or any of your affiliates may not replicate any of our original designs. The designs and products are subject to copyright law.
7. You may not sell our jewelry at any event that we participate in regardless of your positioning. Inquire first to OK your line-up with us.
8. The minimum order of $200 USD is standard on all orders. All payment is due in full at the time the order is placed unless you have made other arrangements in writing with us in advance.
9.Use of our displays:
We have beautiful hand made wooden displays that take about two minutes to assemble and make the jewelry look great! They can improve your sales and make displaying our jewelry for your customers a breeze. We love our displays, and worked hard to design and make them. Our displays are limited and available for some clients on the following terms:
 We reserve the right to request you return them within 15 days of request for other clients use. If you stop ordering from us, do not meet the annual minimum required for display use of $1000 or do not order for 60 days or more we may require that you return them to us. If they are not returned within 15 days of the date requested we will charge you $100 per basic “A” display unit, $150 per “B” display unit, and $200 per “C” display unit.
10. We may be willing to work on terms with established clients if you have proper credit history and references. You must supply us with a credit card number we may charge on the payment due date as outlined in the contract we will send you if we accept you.
11. Enjoy looking great in our designs, and sharing them! Your customers have the choice of sending any defective goods back to us for exchange by first contacting us at sales@organicearrings.com, or they may do it through you and we can send you a replacement if it is in stock.
