-Does wholesale pricing apply to GARUDA's sale items?
yes.
-How long will it take for our GARUDA order to arrive?
In the US, within 10 business days under normal circumstances.
For international orders it is generally 10 days, but can take up to one month depending on customs procedures.
-Something is broken or was defective, what should we do?
Refer to our return/exchange policy, and contact us at sales@OrganicEarrings.com
-What is the post in the Organic Earrings made of?
If it is white, it is made of bone. If it is dark or black it is made of horn.
-We logged in, but our discount isn't automatically showing. Why?
It is not necessary to log in to get wholesale pricing. You must enter
your code at checkout just before you enter billing information and
click "apply code".
-What's the best way to put the earrings on? I'm having a hard time.
Gently hold the earring and your ear lobe. get the post started so it is
through both the front of the earring and started into your piercing.
Gently wiggle and push, maybe twisting the post slightly until it finds
its way through. NEVER PUSH! you could hurt yourself and damage the
earrings! The posts should be snug, but not jammed in. Be gentle!
-We have a few things that aren't selling. Can we exchange them?
Of course! contact us. As long as they have not been worn and the packaging is intact we will accept them for exchange after 3 months and before 6 months or your purchase. Please refer to your wholesale agreement for terms.
-Can we arrange Payment Terms with GARUDA?
For well established clients in good standing we may offer terms. contact us for a contract and application.
-We want to sell at a festival. Is GARUDA going to have a booth there?
Contact us before you make your plans to be sure. You cannot sell our goods at events we participate in.
-Why does it seem like we are being charged sales tax?
Our cart is set up to register sales tax automatically in states that
charge it. Your discount automatically compensates for tax that only
appears to be charged.
