PLEASE NOTE THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR FUTURE REFERENCE:
To place a wholesale order you must:
1) Have an order with a minimum RETAIL value of $500
2) After you have entered your shipping and contact info, enter the code "WHOLESALE " in the coupon code field, (do not use the quotation marks!) and be sure to click the "apply code" button below it.
This will discount your order 60%, giving you wholesale prices, with a minimum WHOLESALE order of $200, (equal to a retail value of $500 on our website) before you enter your payment information.
Shipping on our new site is $15 for your wholesale order of $200 to $599, and free on orders over $600 (a retail of $1500). All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and delivery confirmation. orders are packed and shipped within 2 days of the time you place them and should arrive within 4-10 business days.
International Shipping Costs:
For international orders to Canada and Mexico, the shipping cost is about 40% more, to Europe and South America, about double, and to Asia, Australia and Africa about four times the cost.
Our new site works much easier and more smoothly than our old site, and allows you to purchase items one by one, rather than in groups of three as on our old site. We do not have a print catalog due to environmental and cost concerns. Thanks for your patience!

Wholesale Agreement:
By placing an order on this website, http://www.garudawholesale.com you agree to the following terms:
1. You agree to be happy and enjoy your relationship with GARUDA!
2. You and your retail entity agree not undercut our published prices, as found on our retail website, http:://www.OrganicEarrings.com, however you may sell them for as much as you see fit so long as it is equal to or greater than our published prices.
3. You and your retail entity agree to sell our product with the branded card we provide with the product included.
4. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your entire order for a full refund minus the cost of shipping within one week of the date of delivery. Any product faulty in materials or workmanship may be returned to us by your retail store for exchange or credit.
5. We are not liable for any damages that may occur due to the use or misuse of our products. THE EARRINGS AND BODY JEWELRY ARE NOT FOR USE IN FRESH PIERCINGS! Only use organic jewelry in piercings that are well healed!!!!
6. You or any of your affiliates may not replicate any of our original designs. The designs and products are subject to copyright law.
7. You MAY NOT sell our jewelry at any event that we participate in regardless of your positioning. Inquire first to OK your line-up with us!
8. The minimum order of $200 is standard on all orders. If you return items to us within the time specified, they may be exchanged for other items or you may receive a credit. All payment is due in full at the time the order is placed unless you have made other arrangements with us in advance. We are willing to work on terms if your company has the proper credit history and forms.
