To place a wholesale order you must:
1) Have an order with a minimum RETAIL value of $500, (it will become a minimum WHOLESALE order of $200)
2) After you have entered your shipping and contact info, enter the code: WHOLESALE in the coupon code field, (do not use the quotation marks!) and
3) click the "apply code" button next to it or it will not give you wholesale prices!
This will discount your order 62.6%*, giving you wholesale prices, with no sales tax added, before you enter your payment information.
*(To compensate for the 7% sales tax added automatically, the cart discounts your order 62.6% when you enter the wholesale code.
In the end, it comes out perfect, no tax actually added!)*
